Do we accept insurance?
For Occupational Therapy Services we accept BCBS, Cigna, and Medicare.
We do not currently accept insurance for Speech services. Feeding therapy cases are decided on a case-by-case basis.

What if my insurance is different?
Don't worry! We can provide you with a super bill which means you'll pay for your services up front and we will provide you a receipt that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your insurance.

What if I don't have insurance?
Come talk with us. We offer some sliding scale and pro-bono services.

What are your rates for private pay?
Rates effective January 1st, 2024
Occupational therapy: $250 for evaluations and reports
$115/55 min. for 1-on-1 treatment sessions.
Feeding therapy: $115/session

Executive function Coaching: $35/30 min. or $70/hr
​
Speech Therapy: $100/session
​
Speaking engagements: Rates vary. Please email us to discuss.
